Very happy with the product and service I received from ugoburo. I ordered the Humanscale world chair. Price was very good and it was nice to work with a Canadian company. They followed up with the manufacture and kept me up to date on the estimated delivery time. The chair was delivered a few days ahead of schedule. Very well packaged. Came in two pieces. Just dropped the seat on and that was it. Everything was per spec. Would not hesitate to order again from ugoburo. Great staff and product.

Huge selection of ergonomic chairs with customization options at competitive prices compared to other online stores. I managed to find my chair at a lower price using their ergonomic chair promotion. My chair took about 3 weeks to build due to customization, however it arrived a couple days earlier than estimated and setting up the delivery time was easily set by them calling me. Some chairs may be delivered much quicker depending on the brand and model. Make sure to try the chair at some store to be 100% certain of your decision, watch videos and make sure to take note of their return policy. Some of the brands of ergonomic chairs they offer are from companies not as well known as Herman Miller, so its very hard or impossible to find reviews on them. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase experience and would definitely order again in the future !

I was initially disappointed as the chair did not work for me and I needed to return it. I was shocked at the return cost and it would have cost almost as much as the chair to return it. After speaking with a very nice person at Ugoburo she was able to fix the concern I had with my chair and I was able to keep it. I am happy this worked out as the chair is great quality and really comfortable (Aurora 1220-3). Great customer service!

I bought a Capisco chair but it arrived with the wrong length cylinder - I contacted the Ugoburo sales team and they shipped out the correct one a few days later! So far very pleased with the chair and their service has been great. :)
