After a decade of trying to maintain, weed, seed, fertilize on my own with little success I decided it was time to leave this job to the pros. Over the past three seasons Eco-Gro has been my go to service to help get my yard under control. By following their standard fertilizing/weed control plan coupled with yearly core-aeration and two slit-seedings services to fill in the lawn has left my yard with beautiful curb appeal as well as a soft and lush backyard for my kids to play in - without any more picky" weeds on their little feet! Business with good intentions, but not necessarily able to deliver what they promise - either the excuse is that Government has banned used of weed control chemicals and hence the issue.. OR, blame it on the customer to say they did not maintain the lawn as per their instructions...either way, customer pays and gets asked by the company to put in more work to pull out weeds... not sure why one has to pay in the first place and get to do the work themselves...

've had other lawn care companies in the past and paid a lot of money for minimal results. Since hiring Eco-Gro, my lawn is healthy, thick, green and the weeds are completely under control. I can't recommend them enough!

The Good,the Bad and the Ugly.used them for two years and they didnt have the courtesy to tell us they were not going to be treating our lawn this season. I raised my blades as high as you can and they still bleat about the grass was too short. We never complained about the crabgrass and the spot treatments we used to apply in between their visits. We were so happy using them,we even recommended them to neighbours. This seems to be another of those conning the customer" industries you only find in North America"

Would not serve me unless I purchased extra services from them. I stated I would be doing the extras myself to save money. They refused to provide their service because of this.To respond to my “misleading” review. I requested they spray for weeds. They will not spray unless they can also apply fertilizer (something I am capable of doing myself). This service is an extra $150+ tax for their require 2 applications. They refuse to provide the requested service without fertilizing….Also, very poor customer service interaction. They were just very blunt in refusing to offer any of the service I was requesting, with no proper explanation as to why - simply that they will not do it unless I also fertilize. Poor customer service interaction. If they want to grow their business I suggest working on customer service interaction and being more friendly and engaging to help walk people through the process of their services….their response to my review is the perfect example of their poor customer service interaction (except that at least here they have a bit more detail as to “why” vs my personal interaction with them). Very unprofessional.

Terrible company terrible people. Spend hundreds of my hard earned dollars and left my lawn full of crab grass, they're employee's are teenagers that dont know what theyre doing.
