Great vet great care. Appreciate the great care for my dogs.

This veterinary clinic is amazing, They took me on as a new client & seen my dog with in an hour of me calling them! I’ve returned since for a dental surgery which went great, they did everything they could to stay within the quote they provided me with but also did absolutely everything they said they would get done! Great experiences so far. Everyone is so friendly & knowledgeable. I’ve had terrible experiences with veterinary clinics in my neighborhood so going out of town to this one is worth it so that my dog can get the care he needs, but also affordable for me. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you to all the employees here for doing what you guys do!

We had to bring our 13 year old shepherd in for his final rest. They were amazing and I'm so happy they took us in so quickly. It's always hard saying goodbye but they definitely made it a peaceful process. Thank you again for helping our good boy Tyson.

The ladies working here are so nice and helpful. I have 2 large breed dogs and 3 cats. They have been so helpful with all 5 of them and the different personalities they show at the vet. Our St. Bernard was fixed here had no issues, 2 cats we adopted/rescued from a house fire were brought here and treated a few times for different things and they were very helpful and kind and last my rescue dog that loves everyone but the vet, even after a whole can of cat food and a muzzle, he was still treated respectfully by everyone! Only negative is the bill at the end but I think that is part of owning animals.

My dog never feels scared to come here! We have always been treated with respect and feel welcomed every time we visit.When euthanizing our older dog, Cleo, they were very compassionate and understanding and allowed us as much time to be with our dog as needed. Will always recommend Biddulph!

We thought we had found our baby’s a new amazing Vet clinic until we had to take our little girl in after she had a reaction to some meds. This place is has no compassion for animals. Dr Durnin didn’t bother to take blood work, call position control after he seen she was having trouble breathing. He put her on IV for 5 hours to flush it out and and sent her home at the end of the day saying she was stable. He didn’t even call us to let us know how she was doing but rather wrote a note to have the front desk read to us when we arrived to pick our baby up. We could tell right away that she was still bothered and not herself. When we arrived at home we called in and told them she was not well and seemed worse, we were told so had been in distress all day that she was fine just need to lay her down calm her down in a dark room to get her comfortable. We took her to emerge within 30 min of arriving home. Needless to say she was rushed into a oxygen chamber as she was gasping for air and gums turning blue, just think she was like this for 5 hours in his care! 2 days later we had to make the worse decision we could think of, or little 4 year old baby had her lungs now filled with fluid and nothing could be done to help her, we had to put her down and say our good buys. Thanks Dr Durnin for not taking care of our baby! Hope u had a great thanks giving as this will be a day we will never forget on our thanksgiving every year. We will not be back with our other girls or recommend ur clinic to anyone!
