Really appreciate that they took me as a walk in today. My contact lens got lost in my eye and the doctors and receptionist dealt with it right away. Very professional and accommodating staff. Thank you so so much again!

Every single time I've come here, I've had to wait an hour at the absolute minimum. And if it was a walk in, that would be one thing, but no, I'm talking about appointments. When you book an appointment, you're supposed to be reserved for that spot, but here, there's no point, they'll still put all the walk ins in front of you. These people will entirely waste your time.

I was in and out of this medicentre in less than 10 minutes, which was such a relief as nothing is worse than sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours when you’re sick and in pain. Dr. Dobriyal was nice and thorough, and Rhonda at the front desk was SO pleasant.Best medicentre experience I’ve ever had, thats for sure!

Where to start? Never answers phone, not today for sure. 7 calls, 27 mins of wait time. No answer. 2 calls made at 2 different times while in waiting room. The doctor I'm seeing had 0 compassion. ALWAYS having to see doctor to fill prescription

If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. Dr. Sufrani was supposed to start at 9AM and I had an appointment for 1030AM and have been waiting for OVER 1 HOUR… Not to mention, the Dr hasn’t even arrived yet!!! What kind of place is this??? DO NOT RECOMMEND. What an absolute joke of a place and doctor. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

It is insane how long it takes to get ahold of anyone here. The hours on the website and on google are wrong. They almost never answer the phone. I have been trying to sort out an issue with my prescription for a few days now and can’t get in touch with anyone! Absolutely ridiculous.

This medi centre is one of the worst ones i’ve been too in organizational sense. My doctor is great just had to leave early for an emergency and my appointment was at 4pm. I was told I would get to see another doctor. Since my appointment was at 4pm I would assume I would be seen soon. I waited over a hour to see a doctor for just test results.

What a complete waste of time!! Extremely disappointed with this clinic. If you don't want parking tickets don't go here. I waited 2 hours and 45 min to see a doctor. I booked an appointment and still had to wait this long.The lobby wasn't even that full to begin with so I don't understand why it was that slow. They finally sat me in the little room and I waited 45 mins in there just to hear them calling my name in the lobby. It's like they forgot that they already put me in the room. DON'T GO HERE unless you want to wait all day. Complete Joke!

Walked in at 11am, was told 2hr wait. Asked at 1:45pm how long. Got told ...ummmm..we have another doctor coming at 2 and then.... Ummmm.Ridiculous, be honest and it wouldn't make people so angry.I've been coming here since the 80's, I will not be back!!!Just be honest with people!!!!!!
