Very good at what they do and very prompt service. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks to them my vehicle is going to last me a long time.

Misquoted pricing and argumentative when calling the owner to discuss the quote before making the appointment. Elaine Hector, owner makes the appointment and quotes a lower amount to get you in the door. Once the vehicle has been sprayed, the technician charges $20 more and days this is the price. There is no price sheet posted to show you the price breakdown. When I called and explained that their quote practices are unacceptable and there is no dispute mechanism in place, she said it was a misunderstanding on my part. Explicitly asked 3 times and noted that it was $10 more for the drip less. I got the traditional. Eventually she hung up as I had caught her in her deceit and unacceptable business practices. On a brighter note, the techs were polite and courteous but I had to get them to spray the areas in the engine bay and inner fenders as they had missed this. More than happy to respray. Unfortunately the only show in town. Go to Stirling. He’s surely better.

DS ... totally wish you would add the way you acted and the way you treated people during your visit to this company . You would have left a lot happier if you didn’t pump your chest and watched your language ... no wonder they dropped you like a hot rock ... see , people can fix a lot of things , but can’t treat the ignorance and rage you possess ... could you imagine if the video and audio of the way you treated the reception was leaked ... just sayin

Spent over $600 last year in getting my vehicles oil sprayed.. And I am not impressed.I have had no issues with Rust Check up until last year, when my recently purchased Car was not sprayed after I dropped it and my Truck off for my appointment. I was told just this past summer by not one, but TWO Licensed Mechanics that my Car hasn't seen oil spray in years.I will not be taking my vehicles back here, and do NOT recommend Rust Check Belleville.

First time was in the fall 2018 NEVER AGAIN and if it was possible to give a negative review it would be a -5. What a joke under the vehicle the other day replacing the fuel pump and half of it was never spayed. I talking to my local mechanic friend and he stopped me while talking and said this happened to him also so I'm not the only this has happened too. I had to buy 4 large cans of rust check just to do some of the spots they missed and still could use more. Had to make a trip back just after being done because they can't put a plug in the drilled hole they made in the door right above a previously drilled hole not sure why that was done other then laziness and my brake and gas pedal also felt like someone greased it up with oil I stopped a block away to wipe it off so it didn't cause an accident. I've recommended this place to people because I do bodywork but sure wish I didn't and feel they got the shaft also. Shame on you Rust Check Belleville it's pathetic how it was applied and the lack off care that was taken. I'd take it back but in no way are they ever touching anything I own again and I would highly recommend not to take your vehicle there also.

Scratched my truck to bits. Avoid this business.If you value your paint job, do not book a rust check here. I approached Elaine after regarding compensation (even just a refund) and she gave me a claim form. Once I finally received a reply on the claim, they offered a $50 gift certificate which was insulting. I have $1000 in scratches to fix. When I called to discuss this with her she was very rude back and actually hung up on me. They have still not responded to my refund requests which I feel is the bare minimum. So overall the $200 rust check will cost me $1200. Buyer beware.

I booked two appointments for my daughter and myself. Went in for appointments and someone erased our names out of the book and booked in someone elses names. I called Krown in belleville and rebooked with them as they only charge 129.00 instead of rust checks 193.00. Rust check just lost 3 customers from my family....my son, my daughter and myself. And of course you dont have my name on file....SOMEONE ERASED BOTH APPOINTMENTS THAT WERE IN PENCIL. It was my first time to book there.....GREAT JOB MANAGEMENT! Then tried to rebook me new appointments......I DONT THINK SO. Now why dont you come back with your comment.....not a customer of ours in our system.....lmfao....your company is a joke.

Friendly staffHowever they did not treat 50% of my vehicle and dropped all responsibility to a warrenty claim on a plastic wheel well that was sprayed because of a Toyota frame recall" on the Tacoma. Makes sense to a uneducated person maybe.Steal frame and plastic wheel wells. Same thing to the standard rust check.Go else where."

An excellent place to get a rust check application for your car, truck, trailer, etc. The application is full and applied correctly ensuring full coverage of your vehicle. The gentlemen applying the application is honest, caring, and knowledgeable for your vehicle hidden locations of areas where treatment needs to be applied with attention to detail. Never in too much of a hurry to answer any questions you have and is willing to listen to your wishes.Now I use nothing but traditional rust check spray (my preference), however those concerned about product dripping, they also offer a drip less rust check application. I suggest you do at least traditional inside your body panels and you can use drip less on your under carriage (prevent much product dripping). Yes, this store is willing to do this custom spray application with a smile, no arguments required!I have been a rust check believer since my 2000 Dodge Dakota (20 years); sold in 2011 rust free (no kidding), Mechanic hired to inspect the truck before the purchase called my Dakota truck like new underneath, almost unbelievable after 11-years he said. Then a 2005 Pontiac Gram Am rust check every year with no rust when sold in 2018 (13-years not kidding). Lastly a 2011 Dodge Ram sold in 2020 rust free (no kidding - 9 years & a Ram which normally be rusted by year 2016 [if lucky]). ALL because of one event kept my vehicles rust free, rust checked every year (careful the place applying is a big factor); my success was from Rust Check Oshawa and continued Rust Check Belleville after 2007.You will not be disappointed with the Belleville rust check and their high quality professional sprayer; I’m still trusting my 2018 Ford and 2020 Chev with Belleville Rust Check!Hey one last thing; June, July, August is better months for application then September, October, or November (product flows better in sunshine); my pick is August! Absolutely AWFUL service here. Had one of our cars done last week. After looking over car after is was done on hoist MANY areas were not sprayed. Bone dry/still dust covered. Called and rebooked an appt for today. Filled out sheet noting areas that needed doing over as they didn't want to look at car first. Came back out 10min later without looking at car and gave me keys saying they can't make me happy. They didn't even bother to look at car! Almost 200$ wasted. Said would mail a refund....will update if that happens. And will add pics to show poor application
