My wife and my mother in law came here to get their noses pierced. From the beginning of the process all the way to the end, the lady who was working here seemed super distracted and absent minded. The process felt very rushed and my family didn‘t have time to consider the different studs that can be pierced. Upon deciding on one, the lady continuously tried to pick a different stud which wasn’t what they wanted. Repeatedly explaining to her that she was misunderstanding didn‘t solve the problem either. After finally managing to help her understand which stud they wanted and agreeing on where specifically the piercing should be placed, she last minute said „I‘m going to move the placement of the piercing because your nose is so small“ and immediately pierced it without consulting my wife at all. A piercing is a very noticable item and the placement should be completely up to the client, but the worker went directly against this and decided that she knew better than her client. Moreover, even after the whole debate about which studs are the correct ones and the lady seemed to have understood which ones my family wanted, she STILL managed to give them the wrong studs to put in the week after the piercing process.All in all, the experience here was extremely subpar and frankly it‘s probably better to go elsewhere where people actually want to listen to the customers and cater to their needs instead of not listening at all. The piercings look good so far though.

I just got my 1yr old daughters first ear piercings done today and I gotta say Daisy and Bri were phennnnominallll!!! They were so confident in themselves which was reassuring for us, they knew what they were doing and were so good at keeping everybody calm, informed, relaxed and fast at the same time. My little girl only cried for 1 minutes ute and that was because I had to hold her head, which she's always been fussy about, she didn't even notice the piercing (which they did both sides at same time, mind u I had put numbing cream on 1 hour before and 5 mins before) Daisy was really helpful when picking out jewelry. They make u pay before the piercings done so I'm not sure what these other comments are about regarding surprise costs" sounds fake to me. Brianna is sooooo good with kids

Just recently I took my younger cousin to Merle Norman to get her nose and ear piercings for a grad event. They were very accommodating to our last minute booking, the staff was great and not rushed at all even though we were pressed for time.She was a bit nervous but after some reassurance from the staff that she was in good hands we were able to get the piercings done. It was nice to see that they cleaned the tools before and after the piercings being conscious of COVID19 and also wore a mask which made us feel better about wearing ours. It was a great experience and next time we won't wait until the last minute to make an appointment.

We got our baby’s ears pierced here and it was a breeze! Was kind of nervous but the staff did an amazing job reviewing all of the details with us.Make sure to book an appointment as they are busy and they also use two piercers for babies.

Daisy was really good to me, made sure I was okay after I got my Cartilage pierced. She even made sure her marking wasn't too high or low for it and made sure I was happy with the placement before going ahead with it. If I was going to get another piercing it would be her. They also keep everything clean for piercings.
