The Gathering Place Coop
I’ve been waiting to try this place since it opened. Today, July 13th/22 it happened that work had me in the area for lunchtime. Gathering Place did not disappoint. I had the Farmhouse burger, well seasoned, juicy and just the right amount of condiments. The fries stand on their own and needed nothing aside from a sprinkle of salt for my taste. If you’ve been thinking about trying the Gathering Place Co-Op out, stop thinking and get to doing, you won’t regret it.

Tonight there was a special event. A Ukrainian Buffet with $10.00 from each meal, donated to Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief. This Co-Op supports local producers in their menu selections.It opened recently, give it a try!

We had the Ukrainian style dinner and it was delicious. The decor is very up scale, clean and the service is great. We travelled from Calgary as part of our summer road trip....it was well worth the small detour on our way to Saskatchewan.

This is a super cute roadside diner. The food was excellent. We had their version of rueben sandwiches. It was delicious. Dessert was a bit pricey, in my opinion, but very good.

I've only visited twice (so far), but I will definitely put this location on my list to visit frequently. The food was great. Taste, portion, and time it took to get it was outstanding. Friendly service with a smile.

Everything was delicious!! Potato skins were the best I’ve ever had!! Service was awesome! Can’t wait to travel that way again in the future so we can eat there again!!

The meat that is served at this location comes from the small farmers in the area. It is dense and filling and very unique. The garlic, is great and the french fries are home made, something you do not find very often. The garlic pork bites and hand pinched perogies were great to take home too!

Been here several times to eat now and this is definitely a hidden gem. The food is very consistent and the portion sizing generous, I always have leftovers. If you have a sweet tooth they have the best desserts on the menu and the special board. While I appreciate the farm to fork concept it really limits the menu options. It would be nice to see if they had a basic cocktail menu or wider spirit selection. Otherwise I'd bump that rating to a 5-star.
