This store is like going to a fun park. They always have what I need and a stuff I don't need but I want. The staff are amazing. Super friendly, always helpful, extremely knowledgeable. I LOVE the Strathroy TSC.

Just got home from the store and am appalled at the customer service here.I came in with an exchange and saw that the cashier was very busy, so I kindly went off looking at things to give her time to move them through without feeling pressured.Then the manager walks up to me and says (mind it the entire time she addressed me she used a very superior and accusatory tone) “I’m going to just take this over to the customer service desk. You’re giving people the wrong idea here.” Meanwhile I’m holding the belt I’m exchanging with the receipt on top and in full view of the employees in the store. It was beyond embarrassing. She made a POINT of making me look like I was stealing.Anyhow, I shrugged it off, although I did feel a little angry about it, and offended. I didn’t even want to shop there now let alone exchange anything. But I grabbed some flower bulbs and a mop, and went up to do the exchange.Now, she was doing my exchange and my purchase, and continued on being extremely ride throughout the entire transaction. When she asked for the name on file, I informed her kindly that my Name is not on the file, my husbands is. She loudly and rudely said “Well but your name isn’t (spouses name) is it ?!” I shut my mouth after that, only saying debit when she asked how I’d be paying. Didn’t offer a bag, didn’t say thank you, didn’t ask anything, made a point of talking down to me.I am extremely displeased and would rather drive to London for the things I need than deal with her again. I believe her name was Cheryl.Thanks

Went in for item on sale.Was available in store.No sale price was posted on item.Do your search before going into strathroy Peavey.Most items have no price at all.Still not impressed even after tsc change over.

Great price on big bag of bird food

They open at 8 a.m. ... I thought it was 7 so I was standing there when they opened. The lady opening greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello". She helped me find what I needed and I was off. No time to look around

Super friendly staff! Great sales and easy to find what you need in store. Love thay they have a little but of something for everyone. Their discount tables rock !
