Everyone was so lovely to work with there! I opted to design my own dress for my after party wedding reception and they were so helpful and accommodating to all the changes required to make it my absolute dream dress!Will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to all my friends and family :)

The new Chez Jordan Oakville store is the best store boutique for beautiful Brides dresses, Mother-of-the-Bride dresses, Bridesmaids dresses & Prom dresses! I finally found a beautiful Mother-of-the-Bride dress after looking for a Mother-of-the-Bride dress since September 2021. The manager Lucy and staff and seamstress are very professional, excellent customer service. I will go back to buy a dress for any occasion.

I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. They have such a beautiful and diverse selection of dresses and their seamstress, Sudi, is absolutely amazing! She altered my wedding dress so skillfully that it felt 100% custom fit to my body. The service is absolutely amazing, would totally recommend.

Not only was the dress selection diverse and organized but the service was impeccable. Their seamstress is also extremely skilled. Me and my mom went there for prom dresses and were helped out immediately and kindly, with complete enthusiasm to make any adjustments we needed. Though I expected to be slightly uncomfortable as someone who rarely wears dresses I felt extremely welcomed by all the staff and the environment they've provided! They even helped us with price, highly recommend.

So happy this store opened in Oakville!!! We found a beautiful dress for grade 8 grad with the help of Lucy. Excellent customer service as we were looking for something glam but also age appropriate. The seamstress patiently our answered questions; she was an expert. It fit perfectly after her adjustments! The owner and staff made this shopping experience a fun one for a sporty girl that never wears dresses! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a dress for a special event. We will definitely be back for a prom dress in the future!

I needed a dress for a wedding and this is the first and the last store I went to. Lucy is amazing. She helped me narrow down a few dresses from the large collection. She saved the best for last. I knew it was the right one. Her experience showed as she knew which style fit me best. I would highly recommend Chez Jordan. I interacted with several people when I went for a fitting and then picked up my dress. Everyone is so friendly and professional. It made it so easy.

Beautiful store with great customer service! Wish I could post pics but all have the dress in it. The daughter and mother duo were absolutely spectacular making my own family comfortable with the process. They have a great and curated collection with dresses presented well so you could really see the envision the final stage well.

Wonderful service and people. Beautiful dresses. Lucy and her mom (the owners) are so nice and they truly care. The seamstress is so talented. I would highly recommend shopping here for Prom or other formal wear. You will not be disappointed!

After going to 3 other stores and trying several dresses at each store, I finally found my dream wedding dress at Chez Jordan. I was really lucky to learn about their store which had only opened a few weeks before I booked an appointment last minute. Their selection is superb and they have a wide variety of wedding dresses to cater to any bride. Their customer service is also excellent and I cannot wait to go back for my fitting.
