The customer service at both locations has always been amazing! I honestly haven't been to many other dispensaries because I just love going to Mood. Any time I've had an issue with a vape cart they are super helpful and understanding. There are so many options out there, but Mood is number one for me.

Dec 27/2022I wanted 3 pre rolled. When it came time to pay, my 4 5$ bills to cover cost. I was told oh !! we don’t take cash. What. the hell. Her reply, the bank doesn’t take cash.Don’t buy here if you want to pay cash. Yep. I could have jumped up & but I walked out.There’s others.March 11/2023Its not a false review.Perhaps give your advice to the employee that turned me away for wanting use the older money.

UPDATE: I was promptly contacted by the General Manager regarding my review below. He was attentive and professional and expressed genuine concern and a need to correct the experiences I've had with one particular employee while also providing satisfying and encouraging feedback and changes that will be made as a result of my review. I believe as most older people, one bad apple shouldn't spoil the pie, and as such I am very confident that particular employee will benefit from some mandatory retraining or move on to something more geared towards a non public occupation. I am very satisfied with the final outcome and I thank Paul for his attention to this matter and especially for the support he pledges to the great, young new employee whom I believe was treated unfairly on my second encounter at this store. Faith restored!(Prior review) The owner, a 50's lady like me, is wonderful as are the kids( early 20's) that work there. They always listen and are attentive to what you want. However, there is one employee whom I've encounter twice now that makes me hesitate to shop at this store. So heads up for the employee that's 40ish yrs old, very heavy set female who is condescending, pushy and rude and has that very special skill of making you feel like you absolutely don't want to shop there. The first time I encountered her I thought she's having a bad day but when she was exactly the same the second time, it's nope, she's a person who SHOULD NOT work with the public in any capacity. So now I guess I goto either the other store or BC govt one up here on north end. Such a shame when you spent over a hundred dollars every month for products to help alleviate your pain from chronic terminal health issues and you go in to get stuck with a middle aged Karen!

The chick's in this store are super rad! This is the second time I've come here, and always been greeted with happiness and humourWhich to me, is super refreshing along with the welcoming energy this place has.Definitely will be a repeat customer and totally recommend to others !:)

Came here to get a dab pen, there was issues with it and they gave me a new one for free and let me keep the old one. Definitely come here if you’re looking to get something new. Very nice people willing to help :)

I go in here a lot, spend good money. Always have an incredible experience with the staff who know me by now. Bought a cartridge that was smashed a couple months ago and was told I must've broke it by a staff member. He's a good guy and I didn't make a huge fuss but he promised a manager or somebody would call me and unfortunately they never did. I feel like it would've been easy enough to call me and ask what happened, I did fill out the form with my name and every thing.One of those bummer situations where I think I have to drive up island for better prices and services, even though this store has great service and prices.Customer isn't always right, but they aren't always looking to rip you off either Mood Manager.You guys need to do a little more follow-up with your whales, especially if you sell them a hundred dollar pocket of sticky mess. try getting dab out of a nice coat and bedspread, unfunny

Way better customer service at BC cannabis and better prices. Won’t be buying from here anymore. I had no problem for years until I got spoken to rudely, and laughed at by female worker named Maggie. Managers don’t know what they are doing and i’ve had no apology only excuses. Their increase in prices are outrageous. Don’t recommend.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now. I’ve been one of those customers that come in often, probably too often tbh lol. But I loved coming here. The staff is extremely professional unlike other dispensaries I have been to. All the staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone has always been friendly and have always treated me with complete respect and kindness, including some laughs. The owner is a great guy as well. I am moving onto other things in my life that will not allow me to continue on shopping here. I just wanted to say that it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with all of you and I wish everyone the best.If I were to recommend any dispensary to come to, it’s definitely this one. Love this place. Great staff, super friendly and helpful, which was nice since I started smoking more recently. Very clean and nice inside, good displays of all the products. And GOOD PRODUCTS! I love the stuff they have. And they give good recs, thank you to the guy with the dark curly hair, this stuff is great. Totally recommend both locations, but I'm familiar with this one. Also, dog friendly!
