June (My service was in November/December) Unfortunately I have to review the service I received as being very low (lowest google will allow), my hair is damaged beyond belief after my removal. Not all of the glue was removed at the end of my removal appointment and my hair was “wiry” and this was with the extensions in my hair for less than a month. I’ve since been told by an expert in the field of hair that Kylee should have removed all of the glue in my hair and it should not have caused this much damage. (Before pic is the half up and the after is with all my hair down)Also, after looking Kylee up, she is not registered with the Ontario college of trades for hair in any way.EDIT (Update-July):Just to clarify a few things: We did not work through the problems, our last communication was when I sent you the photos you had asked for, and despite you seeing it, you did not respond; while yes, it has been 8 months (December), I was being patient and waiting for you to respond given Covid and this remains a disappointment I am still upset about; you have now blocked me on social media where we had this conversation, therefore there is no further discussion.I hope this review and experience with my hair helps you find your way in your chosen profession, and obtain approval by the appropriate college.

Had the most gorgeous long black silky extensions put in by this lovely ladyThey lasted long and had zero damage! Can't wait to go back !

Kylee works miracles with hair! My hair was so brittle and short with breakage and she managed to put all the bundles I wanted safety in my hair and give me the beautiful long Lucious locks I wanted! Kylee is absolutely amazing! She offers many amazing services! Personally i have had the lash lift and tint. Hair colouring and body contouring done. Highly highly reccommend!
