I was referred to Harley Air by my Real Estate Agent to install a new larger hot water tank for my property in Welland. The two installers were very professional and courteous. They even texted that they would be 30 minutes late. The final price is what was quoted with no surprises and I was very happy with the work. I decided to have them replace my furnace. The quotation was reasonable and again the installers were on time and got right to the job. Again they were nice and respectful and honest. I would definitely recommend Harley Air!

Great company. Installed a new ac last year before the summer and it ran fine. It didn't turn on this year and he came out on a Sunday with 30 minutes notice to repair the unit. Couldn't ask for better service. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

Very competent technicians. Did the most comprehensive maintenance check my furnace has ever had. They are go out of their way to diagnose and repair. I was so impressed that I had them back to install humidifier and natural gas line for BBQ.

I was beyond satisfied with Harley Air and would recommend this company to anyone. We had no heat for two full days and had to sleep somewhere else with our small children until our furnace was fixed. After waiting for two days for another company to get back to me, I phoned John at the last minute in the evening, and the next morning, one of his team members was already at my house fixing my furnace in less than an hour. He was extremely prompt and responsive. I will be going directly to him without hesitation next time I have an issue. Do not waste your time with another company who cannot assist you within a reasonable time frame, especially for something urgent like a broken furnace in the middle of winter. John and his team are extremely professional, responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable!

I had previously engaged Harley Air and his team on a potential issue at one of my investment properties and John quickly directed me to an easy fix that did not require his services. How refreshing is it to have a company put the needs of potential customers ahead of profit in these times. It was for this reason that I again call John and his team when we purchased our new home and we wish to get an existing hot water heater rental removed with our own installed by his team.
