Highly recommend Luc. He's very attentive and just on everything. I've also known others who have worked with him. They described him as very attentive and very clearly explained the entire process. Never left them hanging. Luc also has multiple lenders so your not stuck getting multiple applications at different banks. Just do one with him and let the lenders bid on your business.
