If I could leave zero stars I would. I started an account for my team this past June in hopes of taking one extra chore off of our list. Between confusion with delivery schedules including delivering more than we ordered, not picking up the overstock leaving us to store the extra bottles, not delivering our water on time (one time leaving us without a delivery for over a week in the summer), not picking up bottles on time...we'd had it by August and went forward with cancelling our account. In all of the communication via email - the emails were not signed off by any staff so I was never aware of who I was communicating with. I got different answers every time I spoke to someone. When I asked to speak to a manager on the phone, their offer for us to not cancel our account after nearly three months of confusion was a single free delivery.The best part? On October 13, we received a receipt for a payment on an order even though our account had been closed since August. It is now November 15, and I still have no clarity on when our card will be refunded. I've been told numerous times in the past month that the Cambrian team will get back to me, yet I continue to have to circle back with them. Multiple times in this exchange I've asked to speak to a member of management, and each time, that request has been ignored.I don't wish this kind of headache on anyone. It's like a bad breakup...we've been having issues with this company for six months straight. Spare yourself the trouble - if you're looking for a way to make your life easier, you're not going to be able to do it with this company.

A LOT of missed deliveries. If you don't follow up with them, they just forget you. Then they don't call to tell you when they have rescheduled. Frustrating.

If I can give a NEGATIVE REVIEW, I WILL. This Company is NOT reliable at all, after we cancelled our service to this company, the refund that we should receive 6 months ago, we haven't receive until today, when we used to have their service they are very consistent to charge our credit card monthly without a missed but now that they owe me you cannot find this people. Also, whenever I requested to speak with accounting department, they cannot even transfer me, they always say that they are busy, DO NOT GO TO THIS company, FIND another that is more reliable,

In looking for a new water company for my business I came across Cambrian. When I called to set up the account I felt the owner was a bit rude but overlooked it thinking he was having a bad day. Today when I called regarding an invoice he was so rude to me I had to ask him to stop speaking to me in that fashion…he then proceeded to mock me. I cancelled my account, the other reviews regarding his customer service and the way he speaks to clients are accurate. There are many water suppliers in Toronto, use one of them rather than be needlessly disrespected

Our company has been dealing with Cambrian for 3 years. We get water and coffee from them. Our experience has been excellent. Everyone I've spoken to at Cambrian is pleasant and polite. The service is excellent. The product is excellent. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me many times. We're very happy with their services.

In the time with Cambrian, there was only one occasion where I had a missed delivery, which came the following few days. Beyond that, the service was perfect. Never waited more than 3 minutes on the phone for customer service, and the reps were always friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Cambrian Springs was so helpful when I was setting up our account; my co-workers had several questions, I had to email their customer service person quite a few times and he was great. When I set up the schedule, I realized I had made a mistake, I called and it was taken care of in minutes. Our first order arrived yesterday and the delivery person was super helpful, putting the bottles where we needed. Thank you!

We've had water delivered by Cambrian Springs to our home for over 5 years. Punctual service, great pricing, easy-to-use online ordering and helpful staff always available by phone.

I cancelled my account on October 19, 2023 and paid the account balance. I returned empty bottles on November 02, 2023 and expected to receive my deposit within 30-60 days. Despite I made multiple calls, I haven't received my deposit $50 back to date yet. Please be careful when you open an account with Cambrian Springs.

I have been using Cambrian springs water delivery for my home for the last several years. The customer service is amazing, the water is absolutely delicious and our driver is really friendly. I would highly recommend using this service.
