It was my first visit to this shop, and I am very happy with the work that was done. I have always used the Audi dealership, but I am happy that these local guys were recommended to me. They are qualified to complete the sometimes tedious repairs in a timely manner, and with reasonable rates. I’ll be using Pretzel again.

Went in for an oil change and to deduce why the car was spontaneously cutting out. The engine light said fuel pressure sensor". They never touched that instead they decided to play with the spark plugs. I got a $600 bill for the oil change
