I purchased a large spinner suitcase at Just Bags. After the first use, upon arrival at my European destination, one of the zippers had popped off the suitcase and the zipper had split. I was forced to figure out a makeshift solution to seal the bag for the trip home. I returned to Just Bags with the piece of luggage only to be told that the store takes no responsibility for the damage nor will they assist in having the bag repaired. After spending upwards of $400 at this shop, all I am left with is the name and address of a place that may or may not repair this piece of luggage. The ultimate example of Buyer Beware!

This is an excellent location for luggage and accessories. They had a good variety of bags from economical to the higher end brand names. There was also a great variety of accessories not easily found elsewhere. The sales associate Lisa, was excellent. I will definitely return. Note that they have a no refund policy, so if you buy a bag and return it within 14 days (all tags attached) it is for store credit only.

This store is amazing, truly a one-stop-shop for anything travel related. I came to get a Briggs and Riley backpack but ended up browsing for much longer and making a list for when I come back before my next vacation. Any travel accessory you can imagine, they have it. The employees were super friendly and helpful as well.
