Lovely pieces and such a cute store but sadly disappointed with the service and policies. We were not informed of a “holding fee” for the piece we had purchased. Apparently there is a sign in the store but as many people know, you don’t read every sign that is posted. I appreciate that they tried to get in touch with us however we received no such calls. In attempts to discuss this, we were met with hostility. It is completely understandable that such a fee would be charged but feels unreasonable that it wasn’t verbally stated at the time of purchase. Still waiting to discuss with the owner who hasn’t returned our calls. Again, a lovely store but do be careful with their policies. The expensive pieces no longer become worth it when you’re hit with something like this. I would return the piece but they also do not do refunds - another policy to be aware of. I would encourage people to shop here as the store is really nice, and it is great to support local businesses, just be sure to understand their store policies when you buy.

A real gem !! One of my absolute favorite shops in the valley, especially around the holidays or during summer. Everything from vintage and antique furnishings to chalk paint, candles and more. There is ALWAYS something you have to have in this store! A little bit pricey but remember that you are supporting local, buying quality product and almost everything has been restored which is incredibly labour intensive and time consuming.A must visit!!

The first vintage shop that I discovered when I moved to the Cowichan Valley in 2014. It has changed hands a few times, and with that, the feel has evolved - but it is always beautiful, well curated, and with creative displays. It is a must stop as part of the vintage circuit in the Cowichan Valley.

got a dresser there last year. asked if a discount was possible as i had to rent a van {$70} to move it. manager said 'no they never discount'. the very next weekend they were offering a 10% discount.oh well will never go back. there are other stores nearby.

Fantastic little shop. Amazing selection of unique vintage and antique pieces from large pieces with their original finish to beautifully refinished and refreshed furniture. Also wonderful locally made candles and knick knacks always cozy with the fireplace going and a pot of coffee on.The staff and owners are very knowledgeable and helpful with finding just the right item.Inventory changes daily. Plan to spend some serious time browsing.

Lovely pieces, lots of cute items perfect for gifts, but I found the prices were a bit high. Belonging's in Duncan has similar selection with lower prices.

Really cool store. Lots of awesome items! We went in on Sunday and chatted with Erin, she was amazingly friendly and helpful.We'll definitely be back!
