Made a call to see the price of the product. I accidently hit the hold button on my new phone with my cheek. After taking the call off hold. I apoglized for doing do so. The sales associate then processed to say to her coworker, about how you don't put me on hold. Clearly a misunderstanding of what I said but regardless unprofessional. I just wanted my inquire to be fulfilled. I have no time to be shopping at a place that creates an environment like this. Poor customer service for sure with entitled employee's. I will take my business else where.

A lovely experience.I entered the store and was warmly greeted by Bobbi-Jo, who took my request and gave me a tour of the store covering off every item that matched what I was looking for.We found two end tables that fit my description, but she didn't stop there. Bobbi-Jo showed me their catalog to browse through in case we missed something that they might have had in stock. Of course we found another item, and she was able to locate that for me as well.I made my final selection and mentioned my disappointment that this particular item was not on sale. Bobbi-Jo was able to find a coupon that essentially saved me 20% off the original price.She went above and beyond and left me with a very positive shopping experience.

I like to go there once in a while to look at all the very expensive items. I never purchase unless the item is on sale by 50% or more. I have bought pillows and seasonal items but I buy them after the season and save them until next year. Then I get a bargain and some very different items.

Very pricy store for furniture and other odds and ends for around your home. Not much floor space to walk around. Very cluttered. Staff were friendly.

Lots of interesting gift items as well as handy household nic nacks. The staff are always very inviting, friendly and willing to help.

So many beautiful things it's just a great place to shop. They have sales often and that's a great thing to.

A great place to buy compressed chinese news papers shaped into furniture. Also you can buy a piece of a log for $250. They call it a side table. I call it lazy.

I bought some wonderful woven vine screens there for a set I was working on, and they worked out to be a perfect back drop. Not only that, but they were also reasonable in price too! I am sorry to see this store be shut down in Canada due to the big box stores. I would rather see what I am buying than just a picture on line. I will miss this store!

Very expensive for their furniture. Had an encounter with a staff member on Dec 27 who was quite rude and snarky with my mom because she didn't want to get a customer card. Tried to force her to get one.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I was buying a papasan as a present for my sister and the salesperson was able to put the entire chair set on hold for me as well as help me pick out the perfect pillow and blanket to go with it! I am for sure coming here whenever I need help with furniture in the future!
