I’ve been trying to sell/donate an entertainment center for over a year with no success. None of the local charity facilities would take it. Saw the ad for Junkluggers & decided to give it a try. They were so friendly & helpful. A representative came the next day to give a quote. As soon as I called to set up an appointment for removal, they responded the same day. The 2 young men sent to do the job were very nice, respectful & efficient. I highly recommend this company & will be using their services again.

I was satisfied with the service. It accomplished what I hoped for--the removal of a sectional couch. They were accommodating with scheduling and adding an item to my original order. They were prompt and professional. I thought they were a little pricey but I was ok with that because I really needed their service when I needed it and they were able to provide it without much notice. Customer service was very easy to reach and work with, each time I called.

The guys were very polite and professional. They disassembled my old piano and removed it. They were very careful not to damage any of my property.

The customer service was insanely good. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable. The people who came to remove our “junk” were very nice, worked well, and even moved our furniture back when they were done which was just above and beyond.Would highly recommend.
