Daylyn was amazing to work with! He was prompt, professional and really knew his stuff. As first time home sellers we put a lot on him and he surpassed our expectations. Under his plan and guidance our home was conditionally sold for over asking price in less than 3 days and with a possession date that was timely and convenient for both parties. When looking for a realtor to purchase investment properties through I'm always very cautious as many of them say they know the market and have a good grasp on what will cash flow as well as be a good rental property but often times they have no idea and will say whatever they need to in order to get your business. I trust Daylyn fully as he is one of the hardest working realtors I know and really keeps his finger on the pulse in Lethbridge.
