Just witnessed an older gentleman be very disrespectful to a person of color working to be met by a super nice employee that put him in his place using nothing but her kindness and made the other said employee not feel out of her skin. ❤️

I have been at this locations about 10 times in the last year and have gotten what I ordered half the time. Luckily I am still in the parking lot when I notice the wrong items. The staff does correct the issue.

Asked for 2 double stacked jbcs, and a Dave's single combo got home looked in the bag missing my fries from the combo. I got the Dave's single It had 2 top buns, not a top and a bottom. I only got one jbc, and it was a regular not a double, if I was closer I would have gone back, so I called and the service I got on the phone was sub-par at best. Very displeased and disappointed, so I ordered 3 burgers basically only got 1 and a half burgers, now I'm writing this and still hungry.

Always hot and fresh burgers. Best Wendy's in town food wise.Unfortunately ordering online isn't always available and the staff is not reminding you to scan your loyalty card before check out.I like the fire place in the middle of the restaurant.

Not sure why it has taken this long to write a review. Let me start by saying our family loves Wendy's. Unfortunately the only thing this location is consistent at is screwing up almost every order that goes out the drive thru window. No crackers for chili for over a month. When you do order chili, it is only half full. They never have baked potatoes. When they do, they forget to put butter and sour cream in the bag. You order coke and get root beer. Worst Wendy's ever.

Food is always consistently good. Would be 4 stars, but deducted 1 because lately the wait times have been consistently very long.
