I am not one to write a review however felt compelled to write one this time given the exceptional experience that I had with Prime Leasing.I found myself in a challenging situation at the end of lease on my car. A friend suggested that I contact Prime Leasing.Sonny at Prime guided me thru the process, offering several options. Their in-house credit facility and large in-stock inventory made it that much easier.Sonny, made a point of personally introducing me to the team at Prime. I knew how things were moving every step of the way.Prime Leasing made a difference! Highly recommended.

Sonny and Prime Leasing are amazing to work with. Worst experience is my life, it's a pure scam. They don't reply to my email and I have to resend multiple time a email to get answer. They hide a lot of things on my RS7 to be able to sell it at higher price. (Bumper not original repainted) Car repainted at multiple place, passenger/conductor skirt appear to be red and blue, higher KM on the car that what's supposed to be when advertised, they leave me go with the car in December with summer tires that was so horn that I was able to see the metal wires on them.Never get any paper or email copy of my contract. I paid cash for year in advance and they told me they will not list it in my equifax but 2 months later they did it.If you want to deal with scammer and not honest people that's where you have to go.They just want your money and do fast $$.They don't care about if you are happy or not with car and when you ask for the buyout price it's totally ridiculous as no one will pay for that with all those weird things on it.I m building a website and Facebook group against them to show really who hey are.I ll add the video on the summer tire they gave me in December....BTW dealer are not supposed to let you go with summer tires when it's obligated to put winter tires

I had a great experience at Prime Leasing they took very good care of me from the second I walked in the second I walked out. They fought hard to get me the car I wanted at the right price. I dealt with Sonny who was Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. There are a lot of inventory issues out there but Prime Leasing seems to have a good handle on it with many cars to choose from. I would highly recommend dealing with Sonny at Prime Leasing

Great selection of cars! Yoram one of the owners is the nicest and most humble human being. The staff is great. They go above and beyond to help. Got two Range Rovers from them and waiting on my third one to come. Thank you team Prime for the wonderful service and special thanks to Sonny my account manager. Make sure you go see him, he will take his time and find you your dream car.
