I had the soles of my blundstones repaired. They did an awesome job. I have already gone back with a pair of dress shoes that need repairing. My go-to place

had them repair a pair of red wing boots with a torn counter liner and a delaminating sole, the performed a quality repair in good time and for a great price

I just recently had a high heel fixed that came away from the shoe and was just barely hanging on. They told me beforehand that because of the shape and angle of my heel the new screw to secure it would almost definitely just slightly poke through the back vertical side of the heel. I was disappointed that the repair wouldn't be perfect but I loved the shoes so much I decided I'd live with that result but hope for the best. They re-attached the heel and changed both heel tips for $25 plus tax and smoothed a tiny bit of black wax over the minor protrusion of the nail and altho' noticeable to me it's unlikely other people would even see it. I gave them 5 stars even though the repair was not completely perfect but they still deserved a 5 -- they did a great job and they told me in advance that getting it perfect wasn't possible so I knew the limitations to fixing my shoe before leaving them for repair.

Have taken in many pairs of boots and shoes for various repairs. They do a great job and I’ve been delighted by the quality of work every time. Lovely people plus a cute dog!! Highly recommend.

I thought my work boots were finished because the garbage material around the ankles deteriorated after a couple of years. These guys fixed them right. Took them apart, rebuilt them with heavy duty leather and even put in a comfy foam collar. $40 to fix them and now they are good for life. They also did a great job stretching a pair of cowboy boots for me so i can enjoy them rather than staring at them in the closet for another year. $15. These guys are awesome!! Thank you!

I recently returned after a few years - my favourite pair of laced boots were really worn in the heels - and was incredibly happy to see that they still offer the same level of service: immaculate attention to detail, very professional, and great value.I’ll get plenty of additional wear at a fraction of buying a new pair of boots.

They did an amazing job resoling my favorite fall boots and now they're ready to go a few more seasons. Would definitely recommend!

A word of warning to make sure you get the quotes in writing and take photos of what they're offering you.I was told one price and when I went back the price changed, also the materials that were presented to me before the job were not the ones actually used. Lesson learned.
