Signing up with ComFree turned out to be an excellent decision. Because they list on MLS, the visits started nearly immediately after our ad went live. The third visitor ended up being our buyer. The sale concluded within two weeks with multiple offers coming in at the same time. OfferAssist is a must service. It cost very little and is best to handle the intricacies of a real estate transaction, something most sellers are not familiar with. This helps avoid the pitfalls and get the best price for the house. We certainly would recommend ComFree to all our friends, and will use them in the future.

ComFree was amazing! The agent was very helpful and knowledgable. Her photos were amazing and with her advice we were able to set a good price and sell in 18 days! Great experience. ComFree staff were super helpful through every step of the sale. Basically, you just show your house and hold open houses, which is great because an agent would probably do one a month whereas you can hold one every week or more often until sold.The Offer Assist program is well worth the money too!Overall we would never sell any other way, after saving so much with ComFree.

Comfree was easy and effective in the sale of our house ! Staff were extremely helpful, professional and well organized making the whole experience enjoyable. There was something I learned along the way which I wish I had known before and that is the fact that most home buyers are not yet ready to purchase a home without using their realtor. We ended up paying commission but had I realized this would happen I would 1. advertised 'Realtors Welcome right from the start 2. Incorporated the negotiated commission into the sale price .Just saying how it was for us. We were happy to get full price but could have saved a lot of time ."

We had tried to sell our house through a traditional REALTOR® in the past but the experience wasn't that great. This time, we decided to sell ourselves on ComFree and we received multiple offers in the next few days! Wow! We chose to work with a private buyer and were able to meet face-to-face to congratulate each other :) From my experience, this isn't really an option when selling through a traditional REALTOR®. It's been a wonderful learning experience and we are happy seller and also I believe our buyers are happy too!

I was apprehensive to sign up with Comfree when I discovered there were no Comfree reps in our area. This meant we had to take our own pictures and could not post the dimensions of our rooms (a realtor needs to do the dimensions). The $100 discount due to no rep helped me decide to go for it anyhow. I liked that they offered add-on negotiation support on-line but they didn't try to up-sell" these packages. I chose to stay with their least expensive package

Had a very great experience with ComFree. Sold the house in 2 weeks. It was a straightforward sale. Our buyers had an real estate agent with them that we agreed to pay their half of the commission. Making changes to our listing was one of the easiest things to do with ComFree. Also their support teams was really helpful.
