I popped into their new location last Friday about 45 minutes before closing. I wanted to get a couple of bracelets sized but was worried I may have arrived a little too late. No problem whatsoever. Both people there were great to deal with. I chatted with the lady at the front desk while the man was adjusting the bracelet of each watch. Each had to be sized up twice before I was comfortable with it which he gladly did with no problem at all. Great service and friendly people in the shop, I’m looking forward to going again soon, maybe I just found a reason to buy another watch?Thanks for the great service, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

2 years ago brought a watch to repair. They charged $130 and guaranteed it was fixed 30 days later it stopped working took it back again they it worked for 3 days. Waited 6 months took it back to fixe no news for 6 months then they then told me $ 85 to fixed said ok. Picked it up paid took it home surprise 3 days it stopped. Rip off. I'm sending my watch to Seiko Canada in Toronto. I should have done that the first time around. Shame on Helvetia watch.

Great hidden gem! I had an older Seiko that needed a new battery and the body was pretty beaten up. They changed the battery and managed to buff out a lot of the scratches and all at a very reasonable price and super quick turnaround (a day)! Would definitely recommend
