The lady that works the front desk is obnoxious. She’s rude and confusing. Literally speaks to you like she’s scolding a child. Her accent was hard to understand (mind you were are of the same background), and she gets angry when you don’t understand what she’s saying. I had an appointment, and like many of the other reviews are stating, I also had to wait almost 15 mins to be sent 10ft away to wait in a “cubicle” as she called it. And then another 10 mins for someone to come and do my blood test. What was the point on booking online? Not to mention when I first approached the desk, she kept demanding my requisition and I couldn’t understand her. When I finally did, I told her I had already emailed it in and she didn’t have anything ready for my appointment. She asked for all my information then looked it up and printed it out, followed by my 25 min to still get the test done…poorly organized and horrible manner of treating people coming in to get a medical service done.

I went to get blood drawn today, and despite being pretty hungry, I took a look at the queue displayed and the estimated wait time (which was about 20 minutes) and decided I could wait to grab lunch until after it was done. That time estimate was an absolute lie, because I was kept waiting for over an hour, while they kept calling names that weren't on the queue.By the time I was finally called, I had gone from hungry to wondering if the clipboard backings had any caloric value, and my unnoticed mild dehydration (on account of it being 30 degrees out) had turned into more significant dehydration. Anyway, as a result, I passed out while getting said blood drawn, which has never happened to me before.To their credit, the nurses handled the situation very well and did the blood drawing well. My negative review is purely because of the absolute lie that is the wait time estimate, which directly lead to the circumstances that lead to my passing out. Had there been an honest estimate of 70-80 minutes, I would have grumbled a bit, left, went out to get lunch, and come back properly fed and hydrated and got through the blood work without issue.Long story short, an actual wait time four times longer than the estimated time is unacceptable and the resulting incident was completely avoidable.

Booked an appointment for blood work, went to the appointment was told that they don't do this specific test on Fridays, went back on Monday, only to try to figure for 45 minutes if they do the test, was told yes then was told no then was told yes. then they do the bloodwork, and left my husband and I completely bruised because they poked us 4 times each. now to find out that we have to redo the bloodwork because they switched our blood and paperwork. I WILL NEVER GO HERE. I wish I could give less than a 1 star!

Update: early 2023 and wait times are still ridiculous and hours are not conducive to working people. I have to take time off work to get a blood test. Or I can come on Saturday and wait for an hour or more, since they dont take bookings for Saturday. Whoever is managing this clinic can do a much better job.Blood work was done quickly and professionally - that's the only positive thing I can say. Checked in online, had to wait 50 min longer than app stated! During Covid, no signs directing people where to stand to sign in, or wait after they called your phone. Much confusion among patients.The technician checking people in told me towait in my car until they called my phone - on a day when the wait was more than 45 minutes and it was 33 degrees C outside!! Many patients were upset and impatient. Very poorly organized and managed. I live locally and come here frequently, usually dont have problems especially using online check in. First time here during the pandemic and they dont seem to have figured out how to adapt.

This review is about Dynacare Plus. They very often do not upload the results of the blood tests to the chart . Have to call them every time and stay on hold for hours to get them to upload the results.. They do not answer emails. The website is horrible. When pointing to the customer service people that the service is poor , they agree,but don't do anything about it. This used to be a very good service, not sure what the problem is.

They have quite low efficiency and there's a 30min wait even with appointment booked.The technician was really good, better than most other places. She easily found the vein and quickly finished filling all the vials.

I made an appt online and when I got there they pretty much took me right away. Very friendly and professional. I suggest making an appt online before you go.
