Ms. Kayley from Enercare came to my home did awesome service for our home Ac, equipments. Came on time as per the scheduled timeDid the maintenance services and explained in detail and advised several things and gave tips for the easy maintenance.We like everyone his service and advises.

I have booked appointment to fix my tankless water heater using mobile app. Fortunately, They have schedule appointment the next day and Curtis M fixed our hot water tank. He was extremely professional and friendly.5 stars for excellent service.We appreciate that they called to give us notice of their arrival time. Before they started troubleshooting the issue, they gave us an idea of the work needed and how long it would take. There was no trouble with the service and left the area very tidy. He gave us some great info and answered all our questions.

Excellent experience with Enercare repairman Zach N. There was a defective component which Zach diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Furnace has worked flawlessly since then. Clearly very knowledgeable and works to a high standard. Very much appreciated.

I had Kayley W. (technician) in for my routine A/C and Furnace maintenance and she was amazing!! She took the time to ensure thorough and quality service, and even took photos to show me the status of my furnace. She was very knowledgeable and ensured I understood everything that was recommended or troubleshooting that was required. I have never had such a great technician in my home! Thank you Kayley :)

Hot Water stopped working last night..called Enercare late this afternoon and an appointment was scheduled for same day between 6-10 pm. The technician Tyler showed up an hour early and immediately fixed the problem. He was very professional, punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Tyler for your exceptional and outstanding service!Looking forward to my hot shower in an hour!!!

I’m writing this review to share my positive experience with the Enercare technician that came to check out my AC unit. David Cook was extremely professional right from the phone call we had before he came over. He was respectful and courteous and did his job very well. David came for a diagnostic on my AC system that wasn’t cooling my house well. He showed up on time and did many tests to thoroughly check over my AC unit. He gave me many tips to getting the best performance and keeping my house in tip top shape. David also suggested Enercare maintenance for my furnace as it had never been done.My experience with Enercare was positive from the moment I made a phone call inquiry about my issue. I cannot say enough good things about my technician, David. He is honest, friendly, and professional and takes pride in the work that he does. He has such great knowledge of his profession and took the time to explain everything to me that he was doing. He represents the best of the best in this line of business, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing anything done on their house. Five stars!

We had a new water heater installed this morning by Billy and Brandon. They called before they arrived and made sure all details of the installation were correct before beginning. They put runners down on the carpet and were very careful with all equipment being removed and replaced. After the installation was complete the instructions were relayed and all information was clear to understand. We would recommend Enercare Oshawa for all your needs.

I could not be happier with the level of attention and courteous, sincere customer service shown by everyone involved in my Tankless Water Heater install.Booking appointments and the service was handled by Courtney who assisted in arranging, then, moving, then fixing an appointment keeping me apprised all along the way. A pleasure to work with--phone and remote need more like her.Billy and Cam were the installation technicians. Billy did my original assessment and provided the estimate for some additional, optional work to make the positioning and functioning of the unit more optimal for my small house.- on-time- guided me through what he planned on doing in advance before starting on install day- He did an above-expectations job of making a compact install to maximize space and free floor area in my small utility area.and when was the last time a tech pointed an option that would work for me that would avoid an install charge--I ultimately did not choose that but appreciate the option of a choice for less $All around I cannot say enough good things.g.c.

Tyler showed up on time and was able to fix my air conditioner quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and provided great customer service. Gave us a couple of good tips to keep in mind should we have issues again.
