I have used Dodds for the second time recently. Brian is friendly, honest and trustworthy. I am confident that if something can be fixed rather than replaced, he will do it. If it has to be replaced he gets a quote and sticks to it. His quotes are much lower than competitors. We will most likely replace our air conditioner next summer. I will be using Dodds exclusively for all my heating and cooling issues

Condescending in every way possible, I talked directly to the Laars company about the persistent problem I have been having for the last 3 years and they said it is NOT suppose to do that. Dodds says it is suppose to do that. Error code 82. Water temp gets to 147 and it shuts down, will not fire until the water temp drops to 88. Plus they installed it wrong, the input gas pipe is directly above the display which has to be pulled up to service but can't. Would never recommend them.

I called Dodds late Friday morning when I realized my heat wasn’t working, and they went out of their way to make sure we had heat the same day. Within a few hours we were up and running again, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Dodds!

Well, this guy managed to come out to our place to do an estimate, but then it was like he fell off the face of the earth. Calling many times and even emailing did not manage to rouse this individual, even though we made it clear that we wanted him to do the job. Who is so busy that they can’t even be bothered to call back and say “sorry, I can’t do your job after all.” Or text, for goodness sake. MacEwen Propane recommended this person to us, so I’ll be giving them a call to let them know our experience. Try Mark’s or Lloyd’s instead - they’re much more professional and pretty competitive price wise.
