Not clear on payment terms, not helpful. Didn't have the equipment I booked then charged me an extra day for the time I was over getting the dolly they didn't have for me, doubling my bill. All told paid $300 for 4 hours of usage.

Very bad staff unlike other people there are not professional and couldn't help you professionally and answering rudely!!About U-Haul:This is really bad experience because it needs to be in app. not a website. Also, nothing clear like giving instructions in pictures or videos as mandatory. plus you withdraw extra fees like I paid almost close to hundred for just 21 KM. As said in the receipt. Anyway, this is my first and last time and will warn all my fiends about it. By the way I move a queen mattress which is far from the location to pick up 8.6KM and same when go back!!! and all for just $96.12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was very helpful over the phone and in person. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that i was quoted $80 on the phone for a 9ft. van, when i arrived they had just rented the van to someone else" and only had the $140 daily rental of the 10ft box truck.Seemed a little too convenient to me at double the price. The van and truck were both parked out back as well because "the van customer just picked up the keys and left."Not sure I believe the van was actually rented out

Their checkout process did not match their directions, and it took an hour to get my key. They also have a very strange fuel policy, so I would avoid them if possible.
