Went in there to look for a hair colour and I was the only customer approached idk if it's because I am not white... then she asked what I am looking for and I told her then she asked if I have membership I said no she then said they are not open to the public and I have to be licensed hairstylist or nail tech to buy stuff so I wasted my whole time going there and can't even buy a product I need that they have.

A bit pricey but, good selection & friendly staff.

Very knowledgeable staff and large inventory of products. Just be aware that you need to be registered to buy

Horrible Attitudes!! See why this place has such a bad rep. As I was trying to purchase a product, the staff member ripped the product out of my hands, and sheltered it close to her body as if I was thief all because I didn't have a salon license to purchase it, even though I had called in advance to confirm that they carried the product. My sincere apologies for my lack of license.

they almost look like artist- just cool. no more talking， answering too short， you need suggest， they will just told you what is their love it. If you are not professional hair salon、beauty SPA， you can't buy anything. they just selling products to professional hair salon、 beauty SPA.

Product stock is great but the staff STINKS. I have never felt more watched and uncomfortable in a CosmoProf in my life. I have been a professional for over 1p years and this is the WORST location I have ever visited. It is worth it to go elsewhere for ypur professional goods. They dont know much about the products/functions either, to top it off. General questions can confuse staff, making them more aggressive in their answers towards shopping professionals.

I wanted to know if there were any lines that carried semi permanent in an ash brown, the manager told me because I’m an aesthetician she can’t help me. I told her I do not need her to pick a colour and formulate, just if they have them and which lines carry, as most of the lines I saw are bold colours. She then said they all carry it. I can choose my own colour and make my own mix, but to refuse to even tell me a specific line that has an ash brown... any time I’ve gone in to the other stores they directed me in the right isle where they are and then let me choose for myself (which o get they don’t want to be responsible for picking a wrong colour.) but to not even want to name a brand or say I can’t help you at all basically. Maybe they should re-evaluate who is managing the store! Because the lady was very rude. Maybe they have some other nicer employees that can deal with customers better, like in any of the other locations that I’ve been to.
