4 parcels shipped in past 2 years...Int'l1st lost for Good, 2nd and 3rd went to wring country til I called..4th no tracking number on a package?? I'm sure it'll 'get lost' No more Canada post for me. I'll just send cash western union for gifts1 star for location good

Workers are great but they need a better system. More often than not packages arrive far later then their stated expected delivery time. I almost never hear Canada Post knock for signatures. My packages get stolen from my porch where they leave them in paint sight. I've had a few parcels mysteriously go missing during shipping and have had to re-purchase the products. I get pick up notifications for packages that are not yet ready for pick up. I get pick up notifications that list incorrect business hours. A percentage of my taxes pays for this service in addition to their regular service charges. Making this by far the most expensive, slowest, and most unreliable delivery service in Canada.

Very small post office... It can get quite crowded when there is a line up. The staff are very helpful and kind though! And it's nice that this is right downtown.

The employees here at the King Street location are amazing. They are kind, courteous, caring, helpful and friendly. They actually take the time to discus all your options for mailing your package thus helping those who cannot afford the more expensive rates. The difference between this location and those Shoppers Drug Mart locations is like night and day. Plus - Shoppers rates are much more expensive. We are thankful to have this location and hopeful it stays around for many more years. Hats off to the guys who work there. Marianne & Mike Warren

Wats the phone number for canada post Peterborough...see if mail been delivered? Help!

A literal joke. The guy who works there lacks any type of customer service. He is so high up on himself because he has supposably worker there for a dozen years and couldn’t care less to help me and answer my questions about shipping things back to a company. I told him I got an email and he laughed at me and said “that’s not how we do things here, print it off then come back to see me”.

I made a mad dash at 4:45pm on a Friday to find out what happened to a laptop I had returned. To make matters worse I had lost my tracking receipt. I only knew the approximate time and date of the transaction. The agent put on her detective hat and found my order just before closing.. Bravo! Thank you!.All the agents I have encountered have always been friendly and helpful. Thank you!

0 stars. Canada Post is the worst shipping service. They loose packages all the time and do nothing to find or replace them. DO NOT USE CANADA POST!!!!

Lots of crybabies leaving reviews. I wonder if their mommies help them on the computer. Millenials, I tell ya.

Canada post employee does not honour mask exemptions. Employees are unaware that the Canada post lobby is open to the public. Employees not aware that we have a right to freedom of the press and we have a right to take video and photographs in the areas open to the public. Employees also take it upon themselves to watch customers access their post office boxes, get the customer information, and call a customers boss to try to get them fired. Employees also call the police on members of the public who choose to exercise their right to freedom of the press and freedom of speech.
