We did drive-thru. Very frustrating to have a significant wait for food but could clearly see the cook socializing with other staff. Drive-thru attendant was very apologetic but cook was in no hurry.

I have been to many Tim Hortons. Some with great service, some with atrocious service. For those with bad service I tend to make a point to not leave a negative review because working in the service industry is not easy.This is the first time I've felt inclined to leave a negative review. I was at this location and tried to order in the drive through. The first person taking my order said they couldn't hear me and started laughing. A second person then came on also laughing saying they also couldn't hear me. At the moment having a medical condition effecting my voice I was flabbergasted. I actually left rather than bare further humiliation. Never before have I been treated this way at a Tim Hortons and I think this speaks great volumes about this location. It's even more disappointing that this treatment seems tied to a medical condition.

This is mostly a review of the entire company not this store specifically. However the image provided comes from that store and is my frequently used location. I'm sick of this issue, time to find a new way to package donuts for customers.... Super lame.

Staff are nice but other than that, this Tim Hortons is famously bad within local culture. It’s always out of baked goods, their frozen beverage machine is often down and their espresso machine is often down too! Plus, the regular patrons here can be on the sketchy side to say the least.

Whether you're grabbing a quick cup of coffee on the go or staying for a while, Tim Hortons always delivers a satisfying experience.

Ordered a loaded bowl through drive thru. They let me pay and then told me that they had to wait for rice so the told me I needed to go park and go inside to wait. Not once did they mention that they were out. I've now been waiting inside for over 10 minutes because they took my money BEFORE telling me that I had to wait. Theyre also out of most things. No iced Capps, no sandwiches with any meat other than turkey or ham, no chicken other than slow roasted, no buns, it's absolutely ridiculous.
