I applied and paid over $400 for a prescription over a month ago. I’ve called their customer service 4 times and no one will give me a date as to when I can expect my prescription. I just get told “you’ll receive it in 4-5 days after it’s shipped out”, but no one will tell me when it’s shipping out. My last conversation was with a representative who said she’d call me back in 24-48 hours after she gets a “response from the product support team”. That was 3 days ago, and still nothing. They tell you NOTHING on the website, the status of my prescription goes from “waiting for doctor approval” to “at pharmacy ready to ship out” constantly. That’s the only update you can get online. It’s infuriating. I probably won’t be using them again and I certainly won’t be referring anyone to them.

I believe we received a quality for the more the excellentprice, but it took 40 days to receive. I sure it had to do withCovid, hopefully the delivery process will improve in the future.Your services are a life saver, no exaggeration, thank you, veryvery much. We will be a life longer customer.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!Placed an order for two inhalers, one arrives with an invoice showing they only shipped one. I paid for two, $54 each plus shipping plus “front of the line” expedited. They’ve been “investigating” the issue for two weeks, I’ve been told a supervisor will call me back in 24-48 hours (their B.S. standard line) three times now, zero call backs. For me it’s not the money, it’s their scamming others out of hundreds, more importantly their not getting people the medicine they need. They are lazy at contacting their distributors and do not follow up at all with you or your issue. Communication is not a word this business understands, they absolutely do not care about their customers or their customer’s health. They just want your money. By the way, this is the second order (I’ve only ordered twice) they have messed up.DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

I only gave my experience 4 stars because of how long it took to receive my inhaler. I ordered & paid for the item of Feb. 3, 2023. It didn’t arrive until March 7, 2023! The box showed it was mailed from Australia!! I assumed it would be coming from Canada in a lot less time.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had working with a company. Ordered script on 10/5/22. Was told twice that it would take a maximum of 30 business days to receive the medication. Gave my checking account info over the phone which was read back to me. Item shipped 10/10/22. Arrived in LA on 10/16 and left USPS in LA on 10/31/22. USPS tracking indicates that it has been in transit since 11/4. Just stuck there. Called Pharmacy several times and was told it was held up at customs and I would receive by 11/21 at the latest. Still do not have medication and it is 11/22. USPS informed delivery doesn't even show it as incoming soon. In addition, Canadian Pharmacy indicated that the ACH draft didn't go through and I needed to give the account information again (which I did). In the meantime, I received a collections letter from the ACH processor stating that it had to pay for the drug on my behalf and demanded a service fee of $30 on top of that. Immediately. Seemed like a scam. Spent over an hour rectifying even though Canadian Pharmacy had drafted my bank account the day before I rec'd the collection letter. I have literally spent close to 3-4 hours just trying to get an inhaler. Called customer service AGAIN today and they will not refund my money for a product I never received but sending out a rush order that will still take 20 business days to receive. So now I am heading to CVS to pick up the medication that I should have just purchased from a local drugstore back in October. Stay away from this company; do not recommend at all and will never return.
