Glenn is a great inspector, professional and polite. Definitely treats his clients like family! Our real estate agent was even impressed at how professional and easy to work with he was.He was able to catch things early like the beginning of mold in the attic, which would definitely save us huge money in the long haul because we are able to address it early on.Very detail oriented (like checking fire detectors and appliances).Walks you through highlights of his inspection, and explains very well. Was very approachable and could ask him any questions at all.He was timely, and was early for the inspection to look around the strata. Was available at short notice. Glad to have found him and would recommend him to my friends and family.

We highly recommend Glenn Duxbury.In the past I have bought numerous properties and have used a variety of inspectors but I have to say Glenn's attention to detail and thorough work made me question the quality of work of the other inspectors.I'm a detail type of person and did not want to have any surprises with our purchase. I thought I had a good eye for trouble but Glenn clearly pointed out numerous issues I did not notice. The inspection he did lasted over 5 hours, on a 5 bedroom house, so be sure to pack a lunch before the appointment. He allowed me to go through the house with him as he pointed out different things that needed maintenance or could lead to trouble down the road. This inspection also includes the bonus of looking at appliances that isn't offered with the other inspectors we used in the past.During the inspection he also identified two big issues that required expensive renovations that would have had to be done as soon as we moved in. He clearly showed where and how the problem started and what was to be expected showing his expertise.I have to say his reasonable fee was probably the best money my wife and I ever spent and we will use him for every inspection in the future.

We asked Glenn to do a condo inspection on short notice, and we are so glad we did! As first-time homebuyers, we wanted an expert's eye: and he was great at pointing out all the good and not-so-good things that needed to be done. It made our walk through a breeze. Glenn is my Building Envelope Consultant. I hired him after researching and talking with other BECs because he seemed very professional and knowledgeable on the phone as well as having the most reasonable rates. After the first inspection, I was glad I hired Glenn because he was indeed very professional and knowledgeable. He found a number of detail defects in the way my Siding Contractor installed the Hardie Board and even suggested ways to correct them. Glenn took his time with every inspection, answered all my questions precisely and always made me feel that I received more than my money's worth. What really impressed me was Glenn's total attention to all details, big and small. He climbed up the roof to check the roofer's workmanship. He checked the progress of the Hardie siding/window installation thoroughly every time and even used a telescope to check the siding contractor's workmanship all the way to the top from my walkout basement (three stories).
