ON LINE BUYER BEWARE! I placed an online order and they charged me immediately but only shipped 1 of 2 items I ordered and provided no detail on 2nd item, no refund and no response to my 2 follow up emails or phone calls. Very poor business practice!! Last order from me!

I shopped around a few places and ended up buying a flat iron from here. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll always go back for appliances at this store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The sales representative was very friendly and helpful. It's always nice when you go into the store and you get good customer service it makes you want to go back.

I purchased an item on Thursday the box always empty I went in the store to discuss with the manager and because I didn’t have the receipt they won’t provide me with the product. The person that cashed me out is in store and remembers the transaction. Paying customers get punished for their stealing problem.

Everytime I go into this location, I always feel unwelcome. The older lady is always unfriendly towards me. I was in there today, again, feeling unwelcome.

Top notch! My wife and kids always shop there.

If I could give zero stars I would owner energy is so mean you can feel her negative energy everytime me or my partner walk in you can feel her energy they need younger women who are positive over her here I don't think I'll shop here ever her attitude is discusting if you guys need to shop go to the regular beauty supply stores don't go here I'll probly have to make another review on other platforms like reddit or TikTok just in case but don't shop here for the people who comes here and sees the owner you will tell the yltype of energy she is she makes you uncomfortable she doesn't smile and I not every place you buy is good energy don't shop here if you don't want to feel uncomfortable and her prices are ridiculous to much shop in a place were your welcomes and energy feels just right not here we're she is stirn and gets irritated if you touch something and it falls she to old to be taking her job seriouse I'll never shop here as I don't Wana exchange bad energy from her never me again she will not have my money not worthe it shop we're your wanted don't dare msg back here and say you apologize it's over and done with and I'll be sure to let people no not to shop here owners personality is stale mean and uncomfortable energy do not shop here
