I have been seeing Melissa Bungay Hibbs for Physio at Avalon Physiotherapy since August 2021. Melissa’s professionalism is exceptional. She is very attentive and practices from a client Centered perspective; A great listener who develops specialized treatment plans with the client/team based on individual need at the time. Not to mention a very supportive and approachable therapist who is a great advocate for her clients. Would highly recommend this clinic and therapist. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating in general. :)

Due to a workplace incident resulting in a major crush damage to my hand. Thankfully my family doctor recommended me to see Victoria Ibson. From pain level going to a high 9 and everyday seeing improvements only results in Victoria. Her professional, easy going personality and helpfulness are a pleasure to go to phiso. Thank you so much

Luanne Thompson has been providing me with her excellent physiotherapy treatments for the last few years as I go through my healing process. Luanne is an extremely kind, supportive and accommodating physiotherapist. Her and the staff at Avalon Physiotherapy go above and beyond to always be there for me when I need it the most, from squeezing me in for an extra appointment to constantly trying new treatments that fit my needs and so much more!

I have been a client of Avalon Physiotherapy off and on for over 10 yrs: My therapist , LouAnne, is very passionate about her work. I love her no nonsense approach. She meets you were you are injury wise and works with and guides you to a successful outcome. Every aspect of this clinic is inviting, comfortable, and clean, from the reception area straight through to the assessment and treatment room.Scheduled appointment times are on time, efficient and effective. All staff, auxiliary and secretaries are pleasant and helpful.

This place is amazing. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in September 2022 and the team here is amazing. Jessica is grest. Always has a chat with you while doing her job. Denise is great as well. Very good at doing massage. I give them 5 out of 5

Highly recommend Jess Browne. I have seen her for a couple of different injuries and she has always been able to help me recover back to 100%. I've had a couple of nagging injuries for years that she was able to help me overcome. Very happy with how she has been able to help me!

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in March and this place has transformed my conditions tremendously.Vicky (Physio) has always treated me with the most outstanding service and knowledge. As with this type of injury, sometimes it can be touch and go and she’s always been there to put me on heat/ice and ALWAYS provides the best relief during my treatment times with her.Steve (kinesiology) is so knowledgeable in his field and has provided me with amazing treatments and educated me so much on my conditions.I recommend this place to anyone suffering from any injury !
