It's a nice clean store. I had some fish questions and was really surprised by how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were. I usually go to the smaller local aquarium stores but was in the area. Honestly, the service was much better.

Positive: one stop shop for everything pet related. Clean and organized interior. Staff are polite and helpfulCons:Food for thought: supplies issues also affected them. Best to use online website to confirm stock or order online.Who ever designed the route from below parking to top level parking ...I just shake my head.

What a great experience!! The groomers are so knowledgeable and you can tell they really love animals. My pup Ranger got a groom and his nails trimmed and has never smelled better! Morgan H was so gentle and kind and I felt very comfortable leaving my baby in her care. Go here!!!

I have been taking all 3 of my Golden Retrievers to PetSmart for Grooming for years and they love it there. They always look great after and i have never had any issues. The Grooming Manager Morgan H. is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I would go back every time just for her :)

I take both of my dogs to their grooming salon and it is always a good experience. Their online booking through the app is super user friendly. I have taken my dogs to multiple groomers and they have all been good. Special shout-out to Christine who has been very patient with my more difficult dog. She is always happy to see him despite the fact I know he isn’t easy to groom.

We were here for service related to fish and birds. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back.We were in the live animal section to get a few fish an a parakeet as a companion to one we rescued. The woman who served us gave us exceptional service and she was knowledgeable about both birds and the fish. Friendly service from a knowledgeable staff person who cares. We don't like shopping at mega multi-national stores but we will make an exception with PetSmart and we will be back again.

We are regular customers here for our puppy Enzo. We buy his food regularly here, staff is always kind to both us and Enzo.Today we took Enzo to his first grooming! We were nervous because he is a very energetic boy, but it went amazing. The staff gave us a full report on how he did, he loved the bath and the blow drying. Which must have meant they were very patient and kind with him as he’s a busy boy! He smells and looks amazing post grooming, and he’s super soft right now. They even sent him home with a big toy! Which he had grown attached to while there! We are super impressed thank you Olivia, and Tori? We aren’t sure the names but everyone was so wonderful!

I went to this location to get my dogs nails done. Regular business hours and there was a sign on the door said gone till 1:30 PM. I waited 45 minutes just to find out that they couldn’t clip my dogs nails because I didn’t have all of her paperwork. Very condescending!
