TIME 2 HEAL REFLEXOLOGY
I had the most amazing facial reflexology session with Joan today. She is skilled, gentle, and guides you to let you know what to expect. It is always interesting to me to see where touching the face affects other parts of the body. There is an integration. At the end of the session where you lay for 10 minutes to just let the session settle on you. It was all amazing. I had the experience of truly being able to allow thoughts to come, and then gently drift away with no need to cling onto any thing outside of the session. I highly recommend this treatment.
