Incredible quaint little shops inside a beautiful building. A taste of Europe! Pastries are excellent. Friendly staff!

The building they’re located in is lovely. The chocolate was decent but not amazing. They had a big store filled with other not-local items for sale, which I found confusing. But it is chocolate and they offer most items in dark chocolate which I liked. The staff was pleasant. I just wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again.

Unfriendly service, felt like I was inconveniencing them. Small chocolate selection on a summer long weekend. Detoured through Perth specifically to come to this shop and was disappointed. Their shop on Manitoulin Island is much better stocked and people are friendlier.

Absolute jewel of a chocolate store! As you walk into the heritage stone building, you walk past the glass walls of the chocolate making kitchen where you can see the chocolates being made in house right next to the store itself. After you pass the chocolate making area you are welcomed with a beautiful atrium which is nice to sit in with some chocolates or a hot chocolate like we did. The store itself is designed beautifully with selections of chocolates in a glass case and other products like a hot chocolate station. Shelve are setup with all kinds of other chocolate products made in house. We bought a hot chocolate and it was the best that I have ever tasted, with less sweetness, more cocoa flavour and a very rich texture. So good that we wanted to buy some of the powder to take home. They were out of the beautiful reusable gift jars though, but the staff told us if we could wait a couple of minutes, they would make us one in the kitchen. We bought an eight pack of chocolates and everything was stunning. Dark chocolate, raspberry cream filling, strawberry filling, double chocolate covered cherries, chocolate covered almonds etc. Everything was exquisite. If you bring back the jar to get more hot chocolate later, you are also given a discount. Service was also excellent as they ensured that anything we needed, even if not in stock right away was available to us. Overall an excellent store that I will visit every time I am in Perth!

Perth Chocolate Works crafted our Wedding favours chocolates and we can't recommend them enough! Brenda was very kind and approachable when reaching out to inquire about favour options with the shop. We were able to pick and choose as well as sample which truffles we wanted and thought our guests would like. The flavours, quality, and presentation of the truffles is top notch! We highly recommend Perth Chocolate Work for tasty treats for any occasion and it is a mandatory pit stop for us when visiting Perth. Thank you!

We came in with a big group of 8 to to get hot chocolates and treats. They had only 2 hot chocolates left but we had 3 kids. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. After getting our orders we decided to split 2 hot chocolates between the 3 kids and 1 kid ended up with no whipped cream. When we went in to order 2 more coffees I also asked for some cream for our make shift 3rd hot chocolate. I was very surprised when the shop keeper insisted to charge us 50 cent for it after we spent so much $$$ on rest of our orders. When I confronted her she was rude. It’s not the 50 cents we had to pay it’s how this was handled. Will not be going back to this place. This is terrible hospitality.

Lovely little store with a nice indoor atrium to sit and enjoy a drink and treat. The cafe moca was great not too sweet. We also tried the hot cocoa which tasted really good and made with real chocolate. The croissants were amazing fluffy and hot out of the oven. We also tried some individual chocolates which were a very nice treat

Chocolate made on-site with what is my new favorite chocolatier. There's a beautiful indoor courtyard which is set between this and other small shops. Visit in the off-season, especially winter for a little tasty oasis.

What a little gem! I absolutely love this chocolate shop. It is all made instore and each piece is handcrafted with their clients in mind. The shop is locally owned, staffed and operated. The staff is extremely pleasant and go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars (and eat more chocolate)!

Beautiful nice decorated cute chocolate shop! I really liked the vibe that the shop was giving! The employees there were really kind also!
