Just unbelievably bad service all around. Like many others have experienced, they were completely negligent and we have been waiting for over 2 months for them to complete our corporate return. They were only ever efficient in submitting invoices to our company...

Terrible terrible service. I sought accounting services for the very first time with A1 and, on the very day of the federal deadline for income tax filing, I had to go through my return to find the mistake they made. At first they told me I needed to pay $2300, but after I pointed out the mistake, I only had to pay $450. Good thing I was vigilant! Seriously, look elsewhere!

Had my first experience working with A1 Bookkeeping last week at my office. The A1 rep was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Resolved many issues I was having on Quick Books accounting software within a few hours. This service was beyond horrible. In order to be proactive with my taxes this year, I contacted Josef at A1 in January to help with my band's filing situation. What proceeded was an endless back and forth of complete disregard for my requests and total unresponsiveness from Josef for months on end. After asking countless times for an update, I would get nothing. Every single time I called, he would be unavailable, asking me to call back, or would make up some sort of excuse that he hadn't seen my email. Frustrated, I called to speak with the receptionist who assured me that yes, he was busy, but would respond to me in due time. Nothing. And so, here I am, 2 days before the deadline and I still have heard NOTHING from these people and was forced to scramble and find someone else last minute, undergoing an extreme amount of unnecessary stress that should've been easily avoided.I understand that accountants are busy, and are especially struggling with the situation in this pandemic. I'm not sure what's up with A1, but they shouldn't be offering their service if they are unable to provide the simple accounting task I required.I ultimately found someone else who finished more for me in four days than Josef accomplished in four months. I am shocked, disappointed and angry at the way I was treated by Josef, and will never recommend this service to anyone.
