I had the worst possible experience at Auto Authority. I picked up my car 3 days later than the date they had promised. Only to find the car completely trashed in the interior. There was half of a spilled coffee in my cup holders and Center console, garbage on the floor, stains on my dash aswell as on my fabric seats. There was a beer bottle cap found in the cup holder. And half my tank of gas was used. It was obvious that this company used my car at their own leisure while it was supposed to be getting the brakes fixed. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

Well, i called to get my car serviced, made an appointment, showed up to my appointment, was told to wait to just check my car in, waited and waited and waited and finally left. That was my experience. It was a waste of time and I made an appointment with another mechanic.

The service was great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True 2 their word was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here.
