Walt was incredibly professional and knowledgeable for our home inspection. He was extremely thorough and attentive to detail, he easily answered our questions and has a passion for what he does. He made us feel so comfortable and well informed on the home we are buying. He provided us with an extremely thorough report on even the tiniest of details, not only explaining simple fixes but he made sure we understood the issue and directed us on how to safely correct them. Extremely tech savvy with multiple gadgets, he really cares about the customer and the work he presents. Walt is without a doubt the only inspector you should ever hire!

Walt is a very personable, professional individual who is extremely detailed when it comes to home inspections. I really appreciated how he took the time to take pictures of every thing he suggested we fixed, with detailed notes on how to fix them. We used Walt's services for inspecting our new build. Walt was able to identify many potential problems that could have caused headaches down the road. Additionally, he patiently explained the pros and cons of the type of appliances we had. He also performed Radon testing for the house. He has uploaded 360 views of each room, including the attic, from different angles for us to download on his website. I was scared that he would be climbing up the top of the roof; instead, he used a drone to verify the workmanship. Walt's services are highly recommended, even if your home is brand new.
