The vets themselves are great but the reduced hours are a nightmare. They are only open on Tuesday's and Thursday's and I have called every Tuesday and Thursday for over a month and I haven't been able to talk to anyone to make an appointment. They have a voice-mail that is always full, what's the point?It's ridiculous.

Friendly and compassionate with the pets!!! Really care!!! Try to keep prices reasonable. My dogs have a great visit!!

They are very friendly and kind everytime you go to this vet, they aren't a huge vet but they do car a lot when our pet was sick they called us every couple of days to check in give advice. definitely recommend going here if your not already

The vet's are great and friendly i have never had any issues and they always gave me all the info i needed when i came to do with my cat's health. They always have called me after an appointment to ensure there were no issues afterwards. I haven't had any issues with the pricing they have to offer or any of the options i have been given thanks and keep up the great work.

Not the best vet in town. We were looking for medical help with our high anxiety dog (and had already tried everything, dog trainers, natural remedies, thunder shirts, pheromone releasing collars and sprays, etc).When we did get prescribed medication, it was fishy. We got 1 tablet for $29 to calm her before her spay. Then we got 20 tablets of the exact same medication for $31. Definitely wasnt happy about that.Average price for a spay. Wouldn't go to that vet for anything else. They didn't even notice our rescue was missing an important vaccine (leptospirosis vaccine)

I started going here for convenience and to reduce stress on my senior cat (shorter drive than going to pembroke). Although they are sister clinics, the service level does not even come close. When I've gotten bloodwork done here, I always request the bloodwork emailed or printed off for me because as a RVT, I like to review the results as well. However, not only were they not sent to me, I never received a call from the vet with her results. I always reorder medications when I have over a week left, yet they somehow manage to not get the medication in on time and my cat has to go without medication for days. Most recently, I returned a bag of food and requested a different one be ordered. This was June 17th, and when I called today the food hadn't even been ordered and i was not given any reason or apology. This combined with them ordering the wrong things and not reaching out to me when it is necessary, after I pick up my order of cat food tomorrow I will NOT be returning and I will NOT be recommending this clinic to anyone.The only reason this review is two stars instead of one is because when bringing In your pet, the staff is kind and polite.Do yourself a favor and drive to Pembroke.

Professional and courteous. I was able to get an appointment promptly and I also liked their Covid policies. Vet prices were standard, not outrageous like some people commented. I really like how they followed up the day after. The staff all seemed happy and positive and my little Shih-tzu left happy, despite going in alone and receiving two needles in her thigh (annual vaccinations). The Vet was able to answer my questions and give sound advice. I will definitely be returning.

Another place where I am very happy with the service. I have been transfer from Pembroke Animal Hospital to this clinic and I am happy. It is very close to my house as well !!

They are wonderful with the animals! I love the dr! They're all so wonderful with my pets. The reason for 3 stars is because their prices are absolutely insane! I've decided to bring my pupper elsewhere for her spay.
