They took our deposit never did the work and will not return any phone calls or messages. Looks like we will be going to small clams court. Extremely dissatisfied 0 stars

I have been dealing with Chris both personally and professionally for decades and love these windows. It has been wonderful to find and support a local, Island manufactured product. Their windows have been great and have always arrived as schedules, I have had very few issues. When a rare issue has come up (ie. broken/defective window locking mechanism) Chris has always dealt with it quickly and professionally. He is a man of his word and he has always done an amazing job for us. I would highly recommend him as the place to get your windows.

We decided to order a replacement window through Van Isle windows, and glad we did. Customer service was great and Chris came and installed the unit at a convenient time for us. When we need any new windows we will be going to Van Isle.

I contacted Van Isle Windows for a quote on 6 windows for my home. A representative came to my home and took measurements and later provided me with the quote. The quote only gives you the total. I asked for a break down of cost of windows and labour for installing and was told, We do not provide priced copies" I then asked for just the cost of each window ( different sizes and types) and was told

John and the folks at Van Isle were great! They were professional, gave me a very reasonable quote that was lower than the others I received. They always returned emails and phone calls promptly and delivered on time. The installation team was fantastic. AND I love my new windows. Van Isle Windows are fantastic. They were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The windows that they installed are superior quality, and are made right here on the island. We had all our windows done on our mobile home. It was such a dramatic change in appearance.Highly recommended!

Ordered 4 windows and 2 were WRONG. One was 1/8 inch too BIG and one was 1/2 too SMALL. Chris the salesman who came to measure the windows measured 2 windows wrong.The bath room window was a full 1/2 inch too SMALL now I have 1/4 gap around the whole window.Chris came by to verify that the one window was too BIG, while we were installing it as to NOT take my word for it. He came by and he was shocked and baffled as to how he could have measured it incorrectly. He even got his OWN tape measure out of the truck to confirm that the new window was yes 1/8 inch bigger than the one we took out.The reason I am sharing this with you all is that after all of this the salesman had the audacity to send a follow up email stating that the window that was removed and the new window were the SAME size. Straight up rude and I can not recommend working with the Courtenay branch of this business.Sheri
