I called John to check on my sump pump as I suspected it needed to be replaced. He is a great communicator and made arrangements to come by and have a look. Within a minute he determined it was fine and no replacement was needed. He did not charge me, either. I really appreciate John’s honesty as I would not have questioned it if he told me I needed a replacement. John has helped me out before with a part for my water heater. He is so responsive and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I’ve used other highly recommended plumbers in Milton and always had a feeling they weren’t being entirely honest with me. Not the case at all with John. Highly recommend! Thanks John!

We had John come out to diagnose and fix a drain issue that was causing water to back flow through the drains in the basement floor. He was able to scope and snake the line out to the sewer and show us exactly what was causing issues, quickly remedying a frustrating problem that a different company couldn’t fix. We are extremely happy and thankful for finding John and will no doubt recommend him to friends and family. He will be our first call for any other plumbing and drain issues that may come up in our older home.

Tru-View Plumbing, however busy they were, made a “true” effort to help me and solve my plumbing problem. Having new sod just put down, I needed the outside taps repaired as soon as possible. John not only made time but also made improvements to the what was there before making it easier for me to work with. John and his Steve were so pleasant and comfortable to deal with and their prices are very reasonable. Without hesitation, this plumbing company is the first business I would call if I needed such a service again.

Reached out to get help with clogged kitchen sink & John was honest to let me know that he was on a job that would take 2 days but with all of the positive reviews I decided to wait until he was available. Great communication in this regard with him coming first thing on the 3rd day. He was very professional & resolved the blocked drain quickly with no mess. He was then able to help replace a bathroom faucet & an outdoor faucet that we needed to get done even though that was not the original reason why I reached out to him. Will not hesitate to call him in the future & highly recommend his services.

I called John last night, my kitchen drain pipe was leaking. He made the time to come to my house first thing in the morning to fix the issue by installing new plumbing. John is a fantastic plumber, very precise with his work and never leave any mess after the job is done.This was my second time I called him, he is a very fast reliable plumber.I highly recommend his service to anyone who needs any plumbing service!
