The owner showed up at our place within 20 minutes! Used social distancing to take our iPad out to his trailer to get to work replacing a broken screen. He was very friendly and ensured we were happy. We truly believe Charlie went over and above to ensure the job was completed successfully and we rate his customer service as excellent. Charles Curls is the type of person we are all looking for when it comes to responsiveness, honesty and integrity and obvious servicing and purchasing our phones and computers. I never met him until pick up, but it was very pleasant and easy talk to in the preliminaries. He was more than helpful and down to earth and honest, a thoroughly professional business man, concerned deeply about the customer.I purchased a new phone from Charlie and he was more than courteous and professional in steering me in the path of purchasing a new phone suited for me. He went out of his way and availed himself to my schedule in order for me to pick it up. But most importantly for me, was how he set my phone up and helped me transition over with ease to the new phone as I am very ignorant in the initial set up.....thank you Charlie , you got mine and my family's business for life.

Absolutely impressed, I presented him how I wanted the computer to work, he told me what was possible and what wasn’t. He explained it, and it worked. He showed up on schedule, and was finished in the amount of time he said it would take. Price was fair, and accurate, he needed a special extension cord that he didn’t stock he ordered it and came back and did it no charge when the part came in,

I use computers daily for my business but am not very computer savvy. I was recommended to try Curls Tec mobile service for my transfer to new offices. I was delighted to find a professional, competent and thoroughly pleasant technical expert in Charlie. He explained in layman's terms and brought my system up to date for a very reasonable price. Today is the second time I used Charlie's services and to no surprise he went above beyond. My iphone wasn't charging, but with a quick diagnostic Charlie found the issue, and hooked me up with a temporary battery until a new one comes in.Charlie provides amazing customer service and I highly recommed him!

We wanted to warn others about this individual. We took our old cell phone to this person, and he informed us that the motherboard was shot. He got us another cell phone, and wherever he purchased it from, it had a European charger which we could not use. He brought us another charge(apple) for a Samsung phone!! He came to our home to check out the cell we got from him, because it was losing battery power fairly quick. At the same time, we asked him to take a look at our home computer, and he informed us that it was running at full power, and that it could crash at any time! He convinced us to purchase another computer, which he ordered, and it would take a few days to get it. The next day we had our regular computer Tec come to our home, and he told us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our computer. It took only 5 minutes for our computer to load up, and it showed that we were not at full capacity. It was totally fine!! We called Charlie back to cancel our order, and we did not need a new computer. He refused to give us a refund, and only after our credit card company threatened him he decided to give us a partial refund! He withheld $400.00 from us, and still one month later refuses to give it back to us. We are happy that our credit card company gave us back the money that this fraudster withheld from us. TD bank informed us that they with get their fraud unit after him. A local computer store suggested to us to call police, which we will do next. We are not the only people he is doing this to. He is definitely NOT knowledgeable, or he would not have to make his money in such a corrupt fashion.

Recently met Charlie and he is a fantastic business man. Professional, knows his stuff and down to earth also! I highly reccomend Curls Tech if you ever need cameras or any technology for your business or security for your home! Honest, reliable and a fair price!
