Walked into Smart and Morris because it smelled so good just outside the shop! Was greeted by the kindest lady - ordered the brown chicken stew; absolutely delicious. Meat is so tender, falls right off the bone. Spices and flavour are top notch. Can’t wait to go back!

10/10 food was so good had it one go definitely try any dish. Walked in and the smell instantly hit you I had the oxtails and brown stew chicken. That macaroni salad is so good, food was so good had to go back for a curry goat

Absolutely delicious home-cooked Jamaican food! We're so happy to have this spot in the neighbourhood. Really sweet and friendly staff too. My partner and I got large orders of the oxtail w/ rice + peas and coleslaw and the jerk chicken with pumpkin rice and a patty- everything was VERY tasty! Oxtail was the most tender I've tried... I wish there was more of it ;) Wishing this spot lots of success, we'll be back!!!

This place is an absolute gem. They were so nice and the food was BOMB. I ordered a veggie dish and couldn’t believe my taste buds. It is exploding with flavour. They got an amazing secret hot sauce too.

Wanted to try this new spot and wasn’t disappointment. The jerk chicken was fall off the bone and cooked perfectly, the rice was delicious and homemade hot sauce is a nice kick of heat. I think the jerk could’ve been quite a bit spicer but still really enjoyed it and will be back.

So I'm 3 bites into my curry goat and pumpkin rice and WOW!!!! TRULY authentic Jamaican cooking!!! My friend got the jerk chicken (picture) and has officially stopped talking to me to not interrupt his chewing!!!! IT NICE NUH BLURTNEET!!! Service with a smile and the food is obviously made with care. Stop by and try it!!

Just had the Jerk Chicken and the Curry Chickpeas. Both were PERFECT. I don't like things too spicy, and the staff were kind enough to ask if I wanted the jerk chicken done spicy or mild. Mild was niiiiiiiice! Such bold, rich flavours in both dishes. The rice and peas were moist and fluffy, and the coleslaw was not too sour and not too sweet. I will be back often!

All of the dishes here are so flavourful, well-seasoned, and beautifully cooked. This is my go-to for Jamaican food in Toronto!!
