I’ve been a client of C’esthetique for many years now (for waxing, electrolysis & diverse facial services) and I can truly say, I am never disappointed! Over the years, my needs changed and Carolina always listened to them by suggesting what would be the most beneficial for me. She always took the time to explain services that were first unknown to me in order to take a more educated decision. Now that her team is growing, I can see how her standards and professionalism expend to them as well.

They’re amazing! It was my time doing laser and surprisingly it didn’t hurt at all. The owner is so friendly! She takes time to answer all of my questions on social media, she loves her customers and her job. The same goes for the whole team. 100% recommend

Nothing but good things to say about this salon. I have done facials, laser, skin lightning and more and have always been extremely happy with the results. They have even fixed burns that another saint caused. They care about the service they provide, about the results long term, about recommending good products and most importantly, they sincerely care about their clients

I’ve messaged this business asking for more details about some treatments I was interested in, both through their website and on facebook. After an entire week, I received no response, which is absolutely pathetic! I have never experienced such poor customer service from a business before. Your lack of response drives away potential clients (I was genuinely excited for myself and to refer a friend.) There are so many other medispas in Montreal, so I will gladly keep looking.

I am very pleased with the customer service from C'esthetique. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. They are also very understanding, and know how to advise you for the best outcome possible of the service you need.I am also very impressed by how clean the salon is. Everything is sterilized and cleaned after every use.I think it is worth every penny. It's the first time I actually see result (Laser hair removal) and that I don't feel like I'm being ripped off.I'm overall in love with the salon and I recommend their service to everyone!

I went there for a treatment and the service was amazing. The owner is such a kind lady and gives good advice. The spot is very clean and well taken care of as well. My appointment was on time and I was so happy with the end result. I recommend it to anyone looking for their services.
