Great customer service and follow up provided. Our car still had scratches when we were advised to pick it up, but they quickly accommodated a new pickup date, and extended the rental until our car was perfect. A detailed clean of the inside and outside was unexpected, and a nice touch. I would return just for the friendly and courteous front desk service!

Had such a great experience even with something as annoying as having an accident when you're 8 hours away from home. Jeff is one of the nicest person that I ever had to deal with and made the whole experience good even though it sucked. I highly recommend Carstar Moncton

I dropped by to get an estimate for a repair on my car and even if I did not have an appointment, one of the guys working there went out with me and took a look. I asked him a bunch of questions and he really seemed to know what he was talking about. He could've went back to his job but he took time out of his day to help me out. I ended up not needing the service, but i would recommend them to anyone that would need work done on their car! They're really nice, polite and helpful!

Brought in my vehicle to repair a large gash in the side of my rear passenger side door. When the work started they dicovered that a new door would be needed. Everything was ordered and fixed up in a matter of days and the work as well as the quality of service were top notch! Very happy with the en results and will be coming back if I ever need any more bodywork done!

Fantastic people to deal with, I would highly recommend this place! Buffed out the side door no charge, this was not claim related. The body work was very professional and the paint match was spot on.

I visited them because the Insurance Company sent me there to repair the windshield after a rock caused a crack in it. I only paid the deductible, but the service was outstanding, they gave a lift to the place I needed it to go, and the windshield looks great. They even have a fantastic guarantee. I´m pleased with their customer service even if I am not a regular store customer. 5 stars for them.

Couldn't be happier with the body work done at this shop. From start to finish I had been thoroughly updated on every step to repair my car from a collision. The guys were awesome and my car looked brand new when it was all done! Highly recommend them for all your body work and paint details!
