I love the experience every time I go to Biovital, they are fun, make you feel comfortable, and the products are amazing. The laser treatment is easy and works, and the facials make my skin so clear and refreshed. Not to mention the BEST prices!! Cant find that anywhere else in the city. Definitely recommend!!!

Rosita is an absolutely amazing person! I got a groupon for laser hair removal and was very skeptical at first as i have had really bad experiences through other laser hair removal groupons, but I am really glad I actually tried biovital. She's got a great sense of humour and is very kind, caring and accommodating. I have seen great results and also extended my sessions with her. She really takes her time and treats customers with a lot of care and patience. Always has great advice and always makes sure that the client is satisfied with the service. I would HIGHLY recommend her services!

Great experience, and great results. I used to have really bad dark marks around my bikini line from ingrowns and shaving. But the laser helped a lot. Now I'm not afraid to wear a bathing suit because I don't have to worry about unwanted marks and hair. Customer service is also great they make you feel very safe and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone from any ages. I'm 22 and I'm mixed so my skin tone is a light brown and the laser works fantastic

The owner, Rosita, is such a gem!! She is very thorough and so funny, I love my trips there. I get microdermabrasion and always feel so fresh afterwards. The price is also so reasonable, so it makes repeat visits guilt free. Would recommend to anyone!

Very nice staff and very adjustable to your schedule. I've been going there for laser hair removal and I've always had a fun, quick experience, and they've always adjusted the strength so I am sure to get the best results. They also offer some great deals so it's totally worth it.

I purchased a Groupon for laser and couldn't be happier. They clinic is clean, and staff are so friendly. The appointment is always fast. They are very accommodating and also helpful with questions about other treatments aswell. Highly recommend and great location for those that live/work downtown.

I don't have facials very often and my skin was not use to it but Rositta made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the process. She was very friendly and made me feel relax and at ease. There was a snow storm the day I came in and I was her last client but she took her time. Her warm and friendly service is something I would definitely come back to.

The owner is very nice. She is friendly and talkative but I found the actual sessions were not effective. I had 8 laser sessions with her (though it says unlimited on groupon). My hair growth at the end of all the sessions still look the same. I do not know what machine she is using but I've had laser treatments done at a clinic in Mississauga and it worked wonders - it's just too far for me to get to now so I decided to try this place out.
